Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you complete control over your email boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect emails from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the target email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else.
